We ship all orders in 1-2 business days with DHL, USPS, or FedEx. Expected delivery in the USA is 2-5 business days, 6-14 business days to Australia & EU.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted however, all returns/exchange must be postmarked
within 15 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s)
must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards and boxes must
be included with your return. Please email hello@thehandloom.com
for return instructions and get a unique RMA number for mailing. Please
note that all customers are responsible for shipping charges, we don’t
provide return labels.
Additionally, return is not accepted on "Final Sale" items.
All items marked "Final Sale" can not be returned unless deemed faulty
by our team. We will provide return label for faulty items. Please
