• The return must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
• Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, folded neatly and with their tags attached. If the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

• All initial shipping costs (including duties) are non-refundable.
• We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase.
