TAXES/DUTIES/REFUSED SHIPMENTS (FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS)
The Handloom cannot be held responsible for any additional taxes and duties. In the event that you decide to refuse any shipments from The Handloom, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to The Handloom. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Returns must be sent via DHL, FedEx, or UPS and U.S. Postal Service. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
Please contact us to initiate the return or exchange process.
EXCHANGES:
Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund in accordance with our return conditions. Please note, shipping cannot be waived for repurchases.
ABOUT OUR NATURAL GARMENTS:
Our garments are entirely handmade. Since our fibers are natural and most of the fabrics are handwoven, there can be slight inconsistency within each garment. Slight color variations, slight spec difference (within tolerance) and fabric texture are normal. As much as we want our products to be 100% perfect and consistent, it's not always possible. We have learned to love these qualities as they mimic earth’s own inconsistent, yet naturally perfect beauty.
STOLEN/RETURN PARCELS:
It is the customers responsibility to nominate a safe and secure pick up address. The Handloom is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels not handed directly to the nominated courier.
